1. Refund Policy


We accept refunds only under the following conditions :-


  • Eligible for Refund ;


You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).


You received a damaged item, supported with unboxing video proof.



  • Not Eligible for Refund ;


Custom or personalized orders (engraved, sized, initialed, or made-to-order) cannot be refunded.


Minor handmade variations in polish, shape, or finish are not considered defects.


Delays caused by courier services are not grounds for refund.


Change of mind after placing the order is not acceptable for a refund.



  • Refund Process ;


You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unedited unboxing video.


Once verified, your refund (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.


2. Cancellation Policy


  • Cancellation Allowed:


Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, only if they are not custom-made.



  • Cancellation Not Allowed:


Customized orders (with initials, ring sizes, or name engraving) cannot be cancelled after confirmation.


If the production or dispatch process has already started, cancellation requests will be denied.


To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.


3. Exchange Policy


We do not offer exchanges.
