At Mevault, every piece of jewelry is handmade with care and shipped with love. Below is our shipping and delivery policy to help you understand how and when your order will reach you.
- Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days.
Customized items (like engraved or specific size rings) may take 5–7 business days to be ready before dispatch.
We will notify you via WhatsApp or email once your order is shipped.
- Shipping Details
We ship PAN India via trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, or India Post.
Once dispatched, orders usually take 3 - 7 working days to reach depending on your location.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote or rural areas.
- Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link on WhatsApp and email.
You can track your shipment anytime using that link.
- Important Notes
We are not responsible for courier delays due to weather, strikes, or other unexpected issues.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of checkout.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
- Unboxing Requirement
Please record an unboxing video (without cuts) at the time of opening the parcel.
This is required in case of any damage, missing item, or wrong product complaint.
