All products are handcrafted from genuine 925 sterling silver and are quality-checked before dispatch.
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, slight variations may occur in size, color, or finish.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed via our website or social media handles only.
Payments are accepted via UPI, Razorpay, or other available gateways.
In some cases, we may collect payment manually via WhatsApp after order confirmation. You will be contacted for customization and reconfirmation of size and initials if required.
4. Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Ensure all custom details are correct while placing the order or during confirmation via WhatsApp.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2-7 working days.
Delivery timelines vary based on your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong items delivered.
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
No returns or exchanges for customized jewelry.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be canceled unless requested within 1 hour of placing the order.
Customized orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
8. Intellectual Property
All images, logos, product designs, and content on this site are the property of Mevault and may not be used or copied without permission.
9. User Account & Device Access
Access to purchased items (e.g., PDF files or exclusive content) is restricted to a single device.
Sharing login or purchase details with others is strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any allergic reactions or skin issues, though our jewelry is hypoallergenic.
Mevault will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to delay in delivery or misuse of our products.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ranchi, Jharkhand.
